The Teaching Anthropology Interest Group (TAIG) is a committee of the American Anthropological Association’s General Anthropology Division. The mission of TAIG is to provide a venue through which to support faculty and students in the teaching and learning anthropology. Effective teaching in turn can ultimately help foster better understanding among various groups, past and present, and work collectively to solve global challenges.

The goal of this website is to bring together various resources related to teaching and learning anthropology. Through the mailing list TAIG members stay connected and share ideas and resources related to teaching in the discipline.
